WriteHuman Humanizer Review: Can It Truly Undetectable?
AI humanizers are gaining popularity due to the increasing amount of AI-generated text. People want to create content effectively and keep the human touch with those tools.
WriteHuman is one of them. However, does it work as it claims? Our review will examine both the AI possibility and content quality to see. Let’s start!
What is WriteHuman?
WriteHuman is an online paraphraser that aims to make AI-generated text more natural and like human writing. It ensures that it outsmarts detectors such as Quilbot and Writer.
This tool is useful for everyday tasks. It simplifies the writing process, enhances productivity, and ensures that our work remains undetectable by AI detectors.
Why Do We Do This Test?
So, is it really trustworthy?
"Elevate AI to Human Perfection", WriteHuman claims it is the world's most powerful AI humanizer. But some AI humanization tools will deliberately make grammatical errors to bypass detection. Ultimately, you get a seemingly 0 AI score and low-quality text.
In our test, we'll check the AI detection rate with five solid AI detectors. Despite statistics, we'll also do a more holistic check on its content quality and grammar accuracy, assisting us in determining whether it really acts usefully like its slogan.
Testing WriteHuman
Methodology Explanation
Here’s how we conducted the tests:
First, we used ChatGPT-4 to create 100% AI-generated text. Then, we utilized Writehuman to humanize it.
Five popular AI detectors then provide AI scores for the humanized-text. Finally, we will check and correct the grammar to see if WriteHuman worked by generating low-quality text.
Testing Text
Topic: What is low-carbon life?
Words: 176 words
We use ChatGPT-4 to write a brief text, with the reading level of a university student. This aims to mimic the scenarios you might encounter when using it to create concise yet informative content.
As you can see, ChatGPT-4 created a short but structured text for us. Then, we used WriteHuman to humanize it. Let’s see how it worked:
Humanized by WriteHuman:
WriteHuman gives a self-detection score of 98.42% humanly possible, which means the AI score is 1.58 – an excellent score. But don't rush to use it directly, check out what other AI detectors say.
Results: WriteHuman’s Efficiency in Bypassing AI Detection
What Do the Results Say About Undetectable.ai’s Ability to Bypass AI Detection?
We selected 5 of the most commonly used AI detectors to test the humanized article. Here is the results table.
Tools | AI Score After WriteHuman Humanized |
Quillbot | 0% AI |
Originality.ai | 2% AI |
ZeroGPT | 25.44% AI |
GPTzero | 1% AI |
Writer | 0% AI |
Overall, the AI score detection results were good. All four detectors gave an AI score of almost 0. There was only one exception. ZeroGPT, despite being listed as bypassable by WriteHuman, showed an unexpectedly high AI score of 20%.
This is not the end of the testing. We will now take a closer look at the quality of the text. Let's see what happened.
How Good is the Quality of WriteHuman’s Humanized Text?
In our tests above, we concentrated solely on AI score data. We also checked for grammatical issues and assessed readability through Grammarly to provide a thorough evaluation.
We use Grammarly to check grammar issues and evaluate readability.
Grammarly is a powerful writing assistance tool known for its various features and rigorous evaluation of overall text detection. Here is its evaluation of WriteHuman humanized text:
1. Grammar Score, Readability & Grammar Errors
The humanized text scored 91/100 on Grammarly. This is a pretty good score, although there are some flaws. The errors shown in the detection report are not serious. They mainly miss hyphens, such as "low carbon", and unnecessary phrases, such as "basically".
Do you find what they have in common? It looks like the mistakes that humans would make when writing. In our other tests, these mistakes may also be misspelled words, or sentences that are too long.
2. Accept Grammarly’s Suggestions
So, what happens if we remove these traces of suspected human behavior?
To find out, we modified the text according to all of Grammarly's suggestions. The score changed to 96/100.
Test Again by AI Detectors:
Then we checked the AI scores using the five detectors again, and this is a comparison table with the version before correction.
Tools | AI Score After WriteHuman Humanized | After Grammarly Improved |
Quillbot | 0% AI | 70% AI |
Originality.ai | 2% AI | 100% AI |
ZeroGPT | 25.44% AI | 49.89% AI |
GPTzero | 1% AI | 82% AI |
Writer | 0% AI | 100% AI |
It is clear that all AI detectors reported higher scores after applying grammar corrections.
Among them, Originality.ai and Writer increased to 100%. Obviously, all five AI detectors are sensitive to grammar changes. This suggests that WriteHuman does not perform well in humanizing text, at least in the free version. Perhaps the Enhanced version (paid) will perform better.
So how did it manage to bypass AI detection in the first place?
We can now conclude that it did so by mimicking human mistakes. With just a small mistake, it was able to trick the AI detector into thinking it was a human. And there is no doubt that if we keep eliminating these "human mistakes", the AI scores will keep growing.
How User-Friendly is WriteHuman?
Overall, WriteHuman is an easy-to-use AI with a simple web page layout. Its generation speed aligns with our expectations (176 words/2 seconds).
Inconveniently, you can't do AI detection and humanization on the same page. It only provides human scoring for the rewritten version. Plus, there are only three monthly requests for free trial.
You also need to pay attention to the input limit. Depending on your subscription, it ranges from 200 to 3000 words. Plus, there is no option to upload files.
In addition, WriteHuman has limited model options, only General and Premium (paid). This means you can’t customize the tone, purpose, and style of your writing, which may not be suitable for professional and complex tasks.

Summary
Well, that's it for the WriteHuman review. It bypassed the AI detection initially, but human-like grammatical errors significantly influence the detection results.
